6. Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to third-party logistics performance. Returns & Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Return Policy, which includes items not eligible for return or refund.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Any dispute may also be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with Bengaluru as the seat and venue.
