GoFly: Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which you (“You” or “Customer”) may return, exchange, or request a refund for products sold by Olmo Trends Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, operating under the brand name GoFly (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
By purchasing products through our website www.gofly.world, you agree to abide by the terms of this Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 15-day return window, beginning from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and the original invoice or order confirmation.
- The product must be in resalable condition.
Returns Not Accepted For:
- Customised, monogrammed, or personalised products
- Clearance or final sale items
- B2B or corporate orders
- Purchases made through quick-commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) or multi-brand retail outlets (e.g., Shoppers Stop, Lulu)
Note: Returns are accepted for purchases made via Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra, subject to the terms and process of the respective platform.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@gofly.world or Call us at +91 7975231045 within 15 days of delivery.
- Upon approval, a reverse pickup will be arranged. If your location is non-serviceable, you may self-ship the item to our warehouse. We may reimburse shipping charges upon submission of a valid courier invoice, at our discretion.
3. Return Approval & Inspection
All returns are subject to quality inspection. We reserve the right to reject returns if:
- Products show signs of use or damage
- Original packaging, invoice, or accessories are missing
- The return request is made after the 15-day window
Upon successful inspection, the refund or exchange will be processed.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- For COD orders, you must share your bank account details for processing.
- Refunds are processed within 15 business days after receipt of return at our warehouse. Actual posting times may vary.
- If more than 20 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
5. Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged for:
- A different size or color of the same product (subject to availability)
- A replacement in case of manufacturing defect or transit damage
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or product alternative may be offered.
Only one exchange per product is allowed within the return period.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is marked as shipped or out-for-delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Credit Notes
In lieu of a refund, you may opt for a GoFly Credit Note, valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Credit Notes:
- Are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Can only be redeemed on www.gofly.world
- Cannot be extended beyond their expiry
8. Self-Shipping & Non-Serviceable Locations
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may self-ship the product to our designated warehouse. Contact support to obtain shipping details and submit your courier receipt for reimbursement eligibility.
9. Personal Belongings Left Inside Returned Items
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left inside returned products. If notified in time, we will make reasonable efforts to retrieve and return the items.
