Who can participate in the GoFly referral program?
Anyone who owns a GoFly product and has a unique TraceBack Secure™ ID linked to a valid, completed (non-refunded) order can join the GoFly referral program.
What reward do I get for referring a friend?
The GoFly referral program rewards you and your friend with ₹300 each via UPI after:
- Your friend purchases any GoFly product.
- Their 15-day return period ends.
- Their order is not cancelled or refunded.
Can I refer to multiple people using the same TraceBack Secure™ ID?
Yes. You can use the same TraceBack Secure™ ID and registered mobile number to refer multiple friends, provided that:
- Each friend makes a valid new purchase.
- Each referral includes a unique friend’s TraceBack Secure™ ID and mobile number.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn from one order?
Yes. Each Order ID has a maximum referral earning of ₹300, regardless of how many bags or TraceBack Secure™ IDs are included in that order.
Can someone I referred refer me back?
No. Round referrals are not allowed. Once you have referred someone, they cannot refer you or anyone already in the same referral chain.
Can the same friend be referred more than once?
No. A friend can only be referred once. Only the first eligible referral will be rewarded.
When do I get my reward?
You will receive your ₹300 UPI reward after your friend’s:
1. Purchase is validated.
2. 15-day return period ends.
3. Product is confirmed as kept and not refunded.

What information do I need to refer a friend?
You and your friend must provide your registered mobile number, your TraceBack Secure™ ID, your friend’s registered mobile number, and your friend’s TraceBack Secure™ ID.
What if someone uses my TraceBack Secure™ ID without my consent?
Referral rewards are issued only if the TraceBack Secure™ ID and mobile number match a valid order in the GoFly system. This prevents misuse.
Are there restrictions on UPI or delivery details?
Yes. The referrer and referee cannot use the same UPI ID or share the same delivery address. Violations make the referral ineligible.
Is the ₹300 referral reward taxable?
No. The reward is credited in full and processed as a credit note against your most recent purchase.
Can GoFly change or end this program?
Yes. GoFly may modify, pause, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
